I always tell other people that whenever you're given an opportunity to be with someone, it's that you should always give it your best shot and love that person with all your heart.
In this day and age where true, genuine second chances are rare, sometimes in life you are given only one shot. One chance to be with someone you love and how you make the most out of it is ultimately up to you.
We never really know how long we'll remain in someone's life because just like how seasons change and just like how leaves fall, people's feelings change over time as well. So while you are still together, take advantage of the time that's been given to you. Live in the moment and stop thinking about the future too much because what matters is right here, right now.
Kiss each other as hard as you can. Take each other's hand and run away at the beach. Hug each other so damn tight while you still can. Let them know how you really feel about them because one day, you might wake up and find out that the person who once meant the world to you is now gone.
Don't be sad if things didn't work out the way you wanted it to. Be proud of yourself because you gave it all you had and poured your whole heart into it while you still had a chance. Nothing is worse than wishing you could've done better once things have come to an end.

Part of falling in love is taking risks and I've learned that in order to feel that fire, that passion, that burning emotion, I had to set aside my fears and love fearlessly. I learned that there's no shame in loving someone with all my heart and even though it didn't work out, I'm still grateful because I left everything I got on the table and I was able to create timeless memories with this person when we were still together.
So to any of you who are still in relationships, hug your partner tight, kiss them on the forehead, and be thankful that you're still together until now. Make the most out of it because the clock is ticking.
Only then will you realize that once life grants you a second chance, you're an extremely lucky person and you would be foolish enough to squander an opportunity of this kind again.
Never, ever take someone else for granted because there are certain things in life that you can never take back once it's gone.
So remember to embrace the pain, the smile, the tears, and the madness of falling in love because once it's over, it's over.
